Qigong is an ancient Chinese martial art form that helps unite the body, mind and soul.  Through gentle body movements, self-applied massage, breath practices and meditation, you will discover how to cultivate ‘qi’ (the life-force energy that flows through your entire body) and maintain well-being and harmony of body, mind and spirit.
