Qi Gong for health and healing
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese martial art form that helps unite the body, mind and soul. It uses gentle movements and breathing techniques to cultivate and balance ‘qi’, which is the life-force energy that flows through your entire body.
The health benefits of Qi Gong are numerous, but even just pausing for a few minutes to take time out for yourself is beneficial.
