Honour this seasonal cycle with community and take some time out for reflection, gratitude, and renewal as we prepare for the quieter, more introspective months ahead.

You will be guided through an Autumn Equinox ceremony to bring you into greater attunement with the season and reconnect with your sacred self.
We complete the evening with a Sound Healing Meditation Journey weaving together the sacred sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, handpan drum and koshi chimes, along with intuitive messages from Spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion or pillow.
